Recent Work
101 York Road
Aspen Heights or 101 York Road is a 15-story student apartment building with two stories of underground parking located in Towson, Maryland. The system included a new wet/dry pipe system. Total project was just shy of 500,000 sqft.
Remy II is a luxury apartment complex located near the New Carrollton Metro Stations. The system is a combined automatic sprinkler and standpipe per NFPA 13 with fire pump. The project also includes interstitial sprinkler protection.
Port Covington E1 is a 162-unit mixed-use apartment community made up of commercial, residential, and retail space. This project is part of the first phase of the Baltimore Port Covington master development. The system is a new wet/dry sprinkler system. Project is 220,000 sqft. Project is a BIM/3D coordinated project.
UMB School of Nursing is an addition and renovation to the 155,000 square foot existing building. The project is a mixture of a renovation/fit out in the existing building while extending a wet pipe sprinkler system into a new multi-level addition.
Robert Coleman is a total gut renovation and addition to the existing two-story school. The project is a wet pipe system in Baltimore City with a fire pump. Project is a BIM/3D coordinated project.
WMATA is a Potomac Yard Metro Station which will be built on Metrorail’s Yellow and Blue Lines. The system is a mixture of wet and dry systems. The project includes over a ¼ mile of 6” galvanized schedule 40 to supply the hose valves on the train platform. Project consists of 3 separate buildings. Project is BIM/3D Coordinated.
Aberdeen Fire House is fire house renovation. The system is a new wet pipe sprinkler system which will be added to the existing system and new addition. Project included a training standpipe system as well as full seismic bracing/protection.
Riviera Beach Library is a new library which will feature dividable meeting room, children’s space, teen area, computer stations, and study areas. The system is a new wet sprinkler system.
Lexington Market is a project that involves partial demolition of the existing market and construction of a new two-story facility. The system is a new wet pipe system. Working heights of the building are over 50 feet above the finished floor. Project is a BIM/3D coordinated project.
Apartments 444 is a two-building project. One tower is an apartment building and the other is a hotel. Project is a combination of wet and dry systems. Project includes one fire pump supplying both buildings.
Tar Bay is a 250,000 sqft. warehouse building. AFP installed a 5 zone ESFR system into the warehouse. The deck height was 30 feet.
