Anderson Fire Protection is seeking to hire a new Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Specialist to join our team. Whoever is accepted for the position will be tasked with inspecting, testing, and installing new fire alarm systems as well as providing the necessary maintenance to them. What are the Requirements to be Considered for the Position?
The Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Specialist is a full time position that requires 8-hour shifts. All work must be completed on-site. The person we hire has to have knowledge and experience involving fire alarm systems. They also need to be current with all of the latest NFPA codes and standards. The individual will need to be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to accurately fill out electronic inspection forms and documents that relate to the inspection process. Having NICET certification is a bonus. You will also need to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
